Tour Program Contents:

• Seoul-DMZ: How about having one of the most interesting experiences in the world by visiting the DMZ (Demilitarized Zone) located on the 38th parallel, which is the North Korea-South Korea border area? Then, a tour of Korea's most important palaces and touristic areas (Gyeongbok Palace, Insa-dong Antique District, Korean War Memorial, Myeongdong, Namsan), which you can often come across in Korean Dramas, and a special Korean Food Cooking Class will be waiting for you.
   
• Busan: In Busan, which is the most beautiful combination of nature and modern life, you can experience Korea's second tallest building Busan X the Sky, the colorful Gamcheon Cultural Village, uniquely located seaside temple Yonggungsa, as well as visiting the UN Cemetery and the Patriot Bridge. You can witness the traces of our common history and commemorate the martyrs we lost in Korea.
   
• Gyeongju: Gyeongju, which contains many UNESCO world heritage sites such as Bulguksa temple, Seokguram Cave, Donggung Palace and Wolji, is one of the must-see historical touristic areas in the world where you can see the beautiful traces of Silla Dynasty.
   
• Pyeongchang-Yongin: Since we're in Korea, we can't help but experience the natural beauties of Korea! At Herbnara farm, you can see ten themed gardens with more than 150 plants and taste delicious dishes made with herbs. After that, we’ll stop by the Turkish Armed Forces Monument built for Turkish soldiers participated in the Korean War. Then we’ll visit Korean Folk Village, where you can experience traditional Korean Culture first hand with us!

Korean War Veterans/Martyrs Families Program
  

In order to express our gratitude to our respectable martyrs and veterans who sacrificed their lives and youth for Korea in the Korean War, we prepared a special tour program with more benefits for the martyrs’/veterans’ families!

Planned tour dates: 6th-15th September 2023, 18th-27th October 2023 (different group from the standard tour program)

Tour Program Contents: Same with the Korea Memorial tour program above

Number of Participants: Max. 30 people. *The number of participants is subject to change.

Price: $2690

Price included: The same as above Korea Memorial Tour program.

Extras: Incheon Airport welcome event, Wreath laying ceremony at UN Memorial Cemetery.

Points to Be Paid Attention: In case of veterans’/martyrs’ family members buying the standard tour program, there will be no discount. Therefore we recommend veterans’ family members to apply to the special discounted veterans’ family group.

Who can apply?

• Korean War veterans and their spouses.
• The first-degree descendants of martyrs and veterans (children, grandchildren, great-grandchildren, etc.) and their spouses.
• Siblings of the martyrs and veterans and their spouses.
• First-degree descendants of Korean War veterans/martyrs’ siblings and their spouses.

Extra Companion:

• Veterans’/martyrs’ family members can bring one extra companion (friend). Extra companion per family member is strictly limited to one person.
• The companions will not be able to apply alone. Only the veterans’/martyrs’ families’ direct applications will be accepted. Therefore veterans/martyrs’ family should give their companion’s name and contact information to the travel agency when they apply for the campaign.

How to Purchase/Apply?

• In order for the relatives of martyrs and veterans to benefit from the discount, they must submit a Certificate of Participation in the Korean War issued by the Turkish Government or an equivalent document issued by Turkish War Veterans Association, a document proving that they are relatives of martyrs/veterans (an identity register or paternity records copy issued by e-devlet) to the travel agencies above.
